Located in the heart of California, Bianchi Winery is a prestigious winery that is the fruit of three generations of dreams and passion. Founder Joseph Bianchi began winemaking in California's Central Valley in 1974, incorporating cutting-edge technology to produce award-winning wines. His son, Glenn Bianchi, continued this commitment to quality, and in 2000, he discovered the ideal location in the renowned wine region of Paso Robles, acquiring 40 acres of vineyards.
Currently, third-generation owner Bo Bianchi continues the tradition, evolving Bianchi Winery into a global wine destination through innovative winemaking and sophisticated hospitality. He continues to carefully craft high-quality wines, focusing on international varieties such as Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon.
The on-site winery is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, producing limited-edition, high-quality wines, and the spacious tasting room offers a special wine experience that can only be enjoyed here.
