The appeal of Hubertas Wine
Ubertas Wines is a family-run boutique winery located in the northern Barossa Valley, one of Australia's oldest wine-producing regions. Its name means "abundant harvest," and as the name suggests, the winery is passionate about producing high-quality, rich-tasting wines. Originally from Taiwan, the Liu brothers immigrated to Australia in the early 2000s. In 2014, they purchased their dream vineyard and established the winery in Nuriootpa. Using sustainable farming methods and the latest winemaking techniques, they maximize the natural flavor of the grapes. They produce award-winning wines, including Shiraz and Merlot, grown on their own vineyards.
